Refunds & Returns Policy

At Wolverine Peptides, we maintain strict quality control standards for all lyophilized peptides and reconstitution supplies. Due to the temperature-sensitive and scientific nature of chemical compounds, special conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. 14-Day Return Right for Unopened Items

In accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to return unopened, non-perishable hardware and mixing supplies within 14 days of receipt. To qualify:

• Items must remain in original, sealed, tamper-evident packaging.
• Peptide vials must not have had their flip-off caps or vacuum seals compromised.

2. Temperature-Sensitive & Sealed Products Exception

For safety and cold-chain compliance reasons, opened peptide vials or unsealed reconstitution liquids cannot be accepted for return or refund once dispatched, unless proven defective upon arrival via independent third-party analysis.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with compromised vacuum seals:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wolverine-peptides.co.uk.
2. Attach photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and compromised item.
3. Upon verification, we will immediately issue a replacement or full refund.

4. Return Shipping Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment method used during checkout.
